Systems Reset — £1,497

This is a fixed-scope sprint, roughly 3 days.

For businesses that are held together by memory, sticky notes, and hope. I audit what's actually happening in your business, fix or build the systems you need, and hand over documented processes so nothing relies on you alone.

What's included:

  • Pre-sprint questionnaire + 1 consultant call

  • Full audit of your current systems, with a written summary of what's working and what's not

  • Setup or fix of your core systems (project management tool, CRM/inbox, file structure, workflows)

  • 3-5 written SOPs for your new/fixed processes

  • 1 handover call or recorded walkthrough

Best for: businesses who need a proper reset, once, done properly — not an ongoing relationship.

Admin Support — £175 per 5-hour block

Add-on for existing Systems Reset or Ops Partner clients

For the day-to-day admin that still needs doing — inbox management, diary/calendar management, data entry, and routine customer support — delivered by my trusted VA team, overseen by me. This add-on is only available once you're already working with me on Systems Reset or as an Ops Partner client.

What's included:

  • Inbox and diary management

  • Data entry and general admin tasks

  • Routine customer support replies

  • Delivered by a subcontracted VA, with my oversight

Best for: existing Ops clients who need hands-on task support alongside their strategic work.
