About Me

I'm Abigail Rose — Abbie to most people. I'm based in the Cotswolds with my family, and before running this business I had a background in photography and the creative industries, which is exactly why I still shoot and edit content myself for Content Bloom days rather than just directing someone else to do it.

I care about sustainable living — I even make recycled silver jewellery in my spare time — and that same "make it work properly, don't just add more stuff" mindset is exactly what I bring to your business's systems and content.

How Abigail Rose Virtual Agency began.

I started out as a solo virtual assistant. As my skills grew, so did the list of things I offered — until I was juggling virtual assistance, social media, web design, podcast editing, branding, e-commerce support, and more, all at once.

It worked, but it wasn't sustainable, for me or for the level of support I wanted to give my clients. So I stripped it back. Now I focus on exactly two things: the operational backbone of your business (as your ops VA), and the social content and Meta Ads that help it grow. No more spreading myself thin across seven services — just deep, genuine expertise in two.

The Team

While I lead every client relationship personally, I'm backed by a trusted network of specialists for the hands-on admin delivery side of things. That means nothing waits on my calendar alone when you need extra support.

We are insured through Policy Bee and registered with the ICO.
